We are dedicated to improving the quality or your life by making physical fitness a permanent component of your life. You have joined a fitness center that offers a nice selection of equipment, the cleanliest facilities, and exceptional customer service.   We promise to create a comfortable, non-intimidating atmosphere, teach you how to exercise, and help you get real results.

We are pleased to welcome you as a new member and are anxious to help you become comfortable with our centers. Our goal is to help you get the maximum benefit and enjoyment out of your membership.

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

All policies and procedures are designed with you, the member, in mind.

  • Use your membership card an the Members' Entrance each visit.
  • Protect your membership card!!  There is a charge for replacement.
  • All lost/stolen membership cards must be called in immediately so that they may be terminated and deleted from our database.
  • Please limit your cardio use to 30 minutes if others are waiting.
  • Please ONLY use indoor shoes while working out.  Winter salt & sand can really hurt the cardio equipment.
  • ALL guests must be approved ahead of time and may only use the club during staffed hours.
  • Security "panic buttons" are supplied for your use.  They are located next to the office door and when pushed - will call the police/rescue immediately!  Do NOT test them please.  We'll take care of that!  :-)
  • Please try to park in the rear of the club so that our business neighbors' customers may have sufficient parking.

Attire

Members and their guests are required to wear appropriate fitness attire at all times while using the fitness equipment. Tank tops are allowed but must cover the entire chest and back. Jeans and "cut-offs" are not allowed.  Indoor athletic shoes must be worn in the fitness area. Members and/or guests with improper attire will be required to stop club activity and no refunds will be given.

Exercise Floor Etiquette

  • The main lines of machines are for circuit training. Please be courteous of members working their way through the circuit.
  • Gym Wipes are available to wipe down the machines before and after use.  Please be courteous of others and clean your equipment.
  • Water in an enclosed plastic container is the only beverage allowed on the fitness floor.
  • For members' safety, all free weights/plates must be returned to the racks at all times when not in use.  Please do not set them on the floor, lean them on the machines or against the walls.
  • Certain free-weight exercises are prohibited, including the standing press, dead lifts and jump squats.

Lost And Found

All valuables, such as watches, jewelry and sunglasses, found by Anytime Fitness staff go to the membership office and are locked up for safe keeping. No valuables are returned prior to the member giving a detailed verbal description. Other items be left in the cubbies outside the office.

If items are not retrieved within a couple weeks, they are turned over to Goodwill or the Salvation Army. All items claimed need a detailed description and the name and telephone number of the person claiming them. Please note: Our insurance does not cover lost or stolen articles, so please keep your valuables locked up at all times. Please leave your valuables in the trunk of your car or at home.
